(OTCQB: FRLF), The Marijuana Legalization Company®, a group of diversified, international, vertically-integrated Cannabis/Hemp businesses and Media companies, announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement for organically grown hemp that will allow it to legally extract Industrial Hemp in the State of Nevada under NV SB396 and the 2014 US Farm Bill.
Leafceuticals, Inc., a wholly owned division of FRLF has entered into an initial purchase agreement with hemp producer Harris Farms, Ltd, of Pahrump, NV to fully extract the broad spectrum of phytocannabinoids (CBD), terpenes and other valuable byproducts from 600 pounds of nurtured Hemp flower that has been grown under the NV Department of Agricultures Industrial Hemp Pilot project.
Freedom Leaf CEO and co-founder, Clifford J. Perry, explained, “Leafceuticals is also applying for its own license that will allow it to process hemp from other states approved under the 2014 US Farm Bill which are currently major producers of industrial Hemp. Freedom Leaf is the exclusive global NuAxon distributor for the cannabis and hemp industry. Leafceuticals will be using the NuAxon Supercritical CO2 extraction equipment that was demonstrated to over fifty perspective purchasers at the recent MJBIZCON Expo in Las Vegas.
