(collectively “Finjan”), and Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ:SYMC) and its subsidiary, Blue Coat Systems (collectively “Symantec”), today announce they entered into a Confidential Definitive Agreement on February 28, 2018, whereby the companies resolved all pending disputes.
