‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Season 4 Episode 13 Air Date, Plot, Characters: Will Strand Agree with Dorie’s Plan?

“Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13 is titled “Blackjack” and will continue the narrative left by the storm that left the crew separated. The trailer for the next episode has been released by AMC, along with an extended dialogue exchange between Strand (Colman Domingo) and Dorie (Garret Dillahunt).

Both men have been left marooned after the storm and they found themselves in the middle of alligator-infested waters in “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13. With rations dwindling and the flood water not draining anytime soon, Dorie built a raft that would take both of them out of their seemingly hopeless situation. The problem is that Strand isn’t risking getting on a raft and getting eaten by the alligators.

Strand has not been himself after learning that Madison (Kim Dickens) died trying to play the hero during the Stadium incident. In “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13, the character will start evaluating his situation, turning him into a calculating individual instead of being a risk taker, Inquisitr reported.

Indeed, during the teaser clip, Strand told Dorie that “it’s time to stop being foolish,” to which the latter replied that making the raft was him using his head. The sneak peek video ended with Strand walking away, leaving Dorie standing on the shoreline. Will Stand change his mind and risk crossing the alligator-ridden water in “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13? That remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, the others are facing challenges of their own. Luciana (Danay Garcia) was shown planting a crowbar on the skull of a walker. Wendell (Daryl Mitchell) casually stopped a zombie on its path by deploying spikes on the back of his wheelchair. And a vehicle was seen tumbling down a small rise. “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13 will have all of the group reassemble, which will eventually end up with them dealing with a large threat.

What that threat is going to be is unknown for now but it’s safe to say it will set the stage for the final episode of this installment. “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4 Episode 13 is scheduled to air on Sept. 9 on AMC.
