SAN FRANCISCO and ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Sept. 26, 2017 -- Minor League Baseball® (MiLB™) and Esurance today announced the winners of the second annual Esurance Home Field Advantage Award. The award honors the communities who best supported their hometown Minor League Baseball teams during the 2017 season.

One Minor League Baseball team in each of the 14 leagues has been named the Esurance Home Field Advantage Award winner, which recognizes teams with the highest percentage of attendance based on ballpark capacity during the 2017 season. The winning teams, who will be recognized at the 2017 Baseball Winter Meetings™ in Orlando, Florida, this December, are as follows:
- Columbus Clippers (International League)
- El Paso Chihuahuas (Pacific Coast League)
- Trenton Thunder (Eastern League)
- Pensacola Blue Wahoos (Southern League)
- Arkansas Travelers (Texas League)
- Visalia Rawhide (California League)
- Frederick Keys (Carolina League)
- Daytona Tortugas (Florida State League)
- Dayton Dragons (Midwest League)
- Greenville Drive (South Atlantic League)
- Hudson Valley Renegades (New York-Penn League)
- Vancouver Canadians (Northwest League)
- Pulaski Yankees (Appalachian League)
- Billings Mustangs (Pioneer League)
Of the 14 winners this season, 12 will be honored for the second consecutive year. The Columbus Clippers edged out the Charlotte Knights in a tight race for the International League award, and the Arkansas Travelers are a first-time winner in the Texas League.
