This year a super panel of judges had the difficult task of narrowing thousands of submitted cameras to 25 that represent the latest and greatest in webcam content. Other judges include Eileen Whelan, Meteorologist and Feature Reporter for ABC7 in Washington, DC; Terrie Frankel, Composer and 'Doublemint Twin'; Chase Rynd, Executive Director for the National Building Museum; and Sasha Moskalyova, a 4th grader representing the 'Kid's Vote' – a newly added perspective to this year's panel.
