“Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 has been confirmed to feature a special arc for this year. It will be a promotional anime that will pave the way for the coming of the “Big Bang Mission” arc that was set to begin in March.
Thus, it can be said that “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 will serve as a prologue to the said next arc that will follow the Universal Conflict that ended early this month. DBSChronicles shared via Twitter that it will be presenting the climax of the “Dark Demon Realm Mission” story where Time Patrol and the Dark Empire are engaged in a battle.
Title and synopsis
DBSHype tweeted on Jan. 29 that “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 has been titled “Decisive Battle! Time Patrol vs. the King of the Darkness Realm” or “Kessen! Taimu patorōru buiesu ankokuō” in its original Japanese name. Apparently, fans will see another intense fight between the powerful heroes and villains.
“Dark King, Mechikabura releases his evil aura,” part of its official synopsis reads. “Trunks Xeno and Vegito Xeno confront him. As the Time Patrol and Dark Demon Realm get into a fierce battle, Iowa is standing before the space-time rift with a baby in her arms. A new battle starts now, the blurb reads.”
Moreover, in the preview, Towa was shown with a baby, and she was standing before the space-time rift. In other scenes, Super Saiyan God Trunks was fighting together with Super Saiyan 4 Vegito, and it seems that they were trying to beat the dark king. However, it was difficult to even with their joint efforts, and this only proves that the villain possesses an unbelievable strength.
Release date
While the Universal Conflict Saga has concluded already, it was determined that Fu is up to something. It was suggested that he is coming up with his own schemes, and in fact, the fight between Hearts and Gogeta could be part of his plan after all. The truth could be revealed in “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20.
Meanwhile, “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 20 has its official release date already. After weeks of waiting, the date was finally revealed to be on Feb. 23.
