The new anime series “Dr. Stone” has introduced some of the main characters at this point, especially with the recent revival of Tsukasa. Fans can expect best friends Senku and Taiju to do the same for Yuzuriha in “Dr. Stone” episode 3. However, the tension with Tsukasa will escalate quickly.
‘Dr. Stone’ episode 3 spoilers: Taiju finally sees Yuzuriha alive again
Yuzuriha has been the one person that inspired Taiju to stay alive and work hard alongside Senku, so “Dr. Stone” episode 3 is going to be extra special for him. The best friends attempted to revive Yuzuriha in episode 2 but got distracted by lions. In the time of desperation, they decided to postpone saving her and revive Tsukasa first as he possesses enough power to tackle the animals with his bare hands.
Nothing is hindering Senku and Taiju from proceeding to their plan of reviving Yuzuriha in “Dr. Stone” episode 3. The formula will take some time to do its trick that briefly worries Taiju, but Senku is confident it is going to work. As Taiju waits, fans may see some flashback to his moments with Yuzuriha and reiterate that he has been in love with her for more than three centuries now.
It will pay off in the end as Yuzuriha shows gratitude towards Taiju in “Dr. Stone” episode 3. Unfortunately, they do not have much time to stay in this precious moment because they have to act fast to stop Tsukasa.
‘Dr. Stone’ episode 3 spoilers: The rivalry of Senku and Tsukasa begins
Tsukasa is the main antagonist at this point of the series. Episode 2 showed Senku having doubts about Tsukasa’s motives even though the latter has been very helpful. It turns out that the scientist is right because Tsukasa wants to murder the older generation people who he deems are all evil. “Dr. Stone” episode 3 will show how Senku and Tsukasa’s rivalry begin.
Coming back from the cave where the revival fluid was, Tsukasa overhears Senku, Taiju, and Yuzuriha in “Dr. Stone” episode 3 discussing they have to fight the powerful high schooler. Senku fires a crossbow and Taiju charges at Tsukasa, but they will be both unsuccessful.
Tsukasa decides there is no point in hurting the three and he departs to continue his mission of “purifying” the Stone World from old, evil people. However, this is definitely not the end of the story among these four characters. “Dr. Stone” episode 3 will air on Friday, July 19 through various channels including Crunchyroll and Funimation.
