MILWAUKEE, Sept. 07, 2017 -- Douglas Dynamics, Inc. (NYSE:PLOW), North America's premier manufacturer and upfitter of work truck attachments and equipment, today announced that its Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share for the third quarter of 2017.
The declared dividend will be paid on September 29, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 19, 2017.
