VANCOUVER, Wash., July 20, 2017 -- DiscoverOrg, the world’s leading sales and marketing intelligence solution, has announced significant enhancements to its Marketo Connector application, enabling marketing teams to improve their data cleansing, appending, and enriching capabilities - ultimately delivering better quality leads, higher conversion rates, and faster revenue growth.
DiscoverOrg’s Marketo Connector application automatically syncs industry-leading company and contact data with the Marketo Engagement Platform with a one-click solution - a unique feature among sales intelligence providers. With the enhanced Marketo Connector, users can, on day one of their subscription, effortlessly update their records with the most accurate data in the market. A strong data optimization program is critical for marketers to successfully identify the right target prospects, personalize messages at scale, and reduce email deliverability challenges.
“Clean data is fundamental to engaging in relevant and personalized conversations with buyers. The new enhancements to DiscoverOrg’s connector will enable marketers to enrich their marketing programs so that they’re engaging customers when, where, and how they want to build lasting relationships,” said Shai Alfandary, Vice President, Business Development, Marketo.
Features of the latest release include:
- Enhanced Append & Clean: DiscoverOrg’s data can now be scheduled to sync weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly to ensure customers’ Marketo instance is always up to date. As a result, marketers can more quickly and effectively score leads and pass a more accurate and comprehensive view of the prospect over to the sales team.
- Bounced Email Identification: For Marketo leads that exist in DiscoverOrg within a user’s access scope, bounced email addresses are replaced with verified email addresses from DiscoverOrg to improve email deliverability and sender quality score.
- New Field Level Updates: Customers can now select specific fields in Marketo to update when syncing data. This provides greater control for Marketo administrators - enabling them to determine, for instance, if only blank fields should be enriched, which fields should be subject to automatic updates, or whether certain rules should be applied only upon initial lead creation.
“Dirty data leads to incredible challenges for the entire organization. When bad data ruins a company’s reputation and lands a domain on blacklists, marketers put growth for the entire company in jeopardy. With these new features, customers are able to immediately improve the health of their marketing database - so that they can spend time creating revenue-generating programs, not worrying about whether bad data will sabotage their efforts,” says Henry Schuck, CEO of DiscoverOrg.
In addition to the Marketo Connector application, DiscoverOrg also offers a Webhooks integration as part of Marketo’s best-of-breed partner ecosystem, LaunchPoint®.
