NEW YORK, Aug. 30, 2017 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Crossroads Systems, Inc. Crossroads Systems, Inc.’s stock was suspended on August 23, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Fenix Parts, Inc. Fenix Parts, Inc.’s stock was suspended on June 29, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of TerraVia Holdings, Inc. TerraVia Holdings, Inc.’s stock was suspended on August 11, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of Function(x) Inc. Function(x) Inc.’s stock was suspended on June 22, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
