BROOKINGS, S.D., Sept. 02, 2016 -- Daktronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:DAKT) announced today that its Board of Directors on September 1, 2016 approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share.
The quarterly dividend will be payable on September 23, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2016.
Although the Company intends to pay dividends for the foreseeable future, any and all subsequent dividends will be reviewed regularly and declared by the Board at its discretion.
