Aurora, Colorado, Aug. 23, 2017 -- The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), released on Wednesday, August 23 a combined synopsis/solicitation in which it outlined plans to award a firm fixed-price single award contract to a contractor who can provide public and media relations training.
The training, according to the solicitation, must be performed at the Management and Specialty Training Center (MSTC), National Corrections Academy (NCA), in Aurora, Colorado.
The Bureau only will consider proposals from certified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611430 and the size standard is $11 million. The Bureau, in its solicitation also invited faith- and community-based organizations to submit a proposal.
Interested and capable contractor must respond by email to [email protected] by no later than 5 p.m. EST on August 28, 2017.
Businesses interested in bidding on and receiving contracts from the government must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
