McLean, Va., Oct. 12, 2017 -- Cognosante, a leader in health information technology solutions and services for Federal and state public health agencies, today announced the promotion of Spiro Fotopoulos to General Counsel.
Spiro joined Cognosante in 2015 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. In this role, he provided legal advice and support to all Cognosante business units on a wide variety of matters, and managed all labor and employment-related matters for the legal department. He has more than 20 years of legal experience, serving in both private and in-house practice. Before joining Cognosante, Spiro served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at CACI International for more than seven years.
