DALLAS, Sept. 15, 2017 -- ClubCorp – The World Leader in Private Clubs® (NYSE:MYCC), today announced that its stockholders approved the acquisition of ClubCorp by an affiliate of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE:APO) at its special meeting of stockholders held today. Subject to the satisfaction of the remaining customary closing conditions, ClubCorp expects the transaction to close on or about September 18, 2017. Upon the closing of the transaction, ClubCorp stockholders will be entitled to receive $17.12 per share in cash.
