Citibank Korea has launched an artificial intelligence-based chatbot that provides round-the-clock service for those needing immediate consulting.
The chatbot will help customers locate Citibank branches, provide product information, and allow users direct and swift access to critical services.
The chatbot service is part of the efforts of the South Korean subsidiary of Citibank to bolster its contactless digital customer service.
It can be utilized by adding Citibank channel via the messenger app KakaoTalk.
The chatbot service addresses the increasing demand for contactless finance.
The finance sector has been adjusting digital services around the concept of contactless services, which is safer and more convenient.
