DUBLIN, Calif., Sept. 19, 2017 -- Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ:CALD), a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing, learning and customer experience solutions, announced today that CallidusCloud Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is now bi-directionally integrated with the SAP® Hybris® Cloud for Customer solution, and is now available to all customers.
This integration of software provided by best-in-class cloud providers helps customers using SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer to easily benefit from the power of CallidusCloud CPQ. Users can now use CallidusCloud CPQ to select the right product, configuration and price for each customer; generate compelling sales proposals quickly; and automatically update customer relationship management (CRM) software with the latest pricing and product information. The solution helps simplify overall sales processes so representatives can focus on selling instead of time-consuming administrative tasks.
The overall benefits are significant, as customers using both SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and CallidusCloud CPQ can improve the effectiveness of their sales teams, accelerate time to revenue, and reduce the complexity of sales processes. They can also increase forecasting accuracy and provide a superior and consistent customer experience across all channels.
“It’s great to see customers already benefitting from CallidusCloud’s partnership with SAP, as we bring the high-quality B2C buying experience to the B2B enterprise market,” said Andres Botero, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer of CallidusCloud.
The integration leverages the SAP Cloud Platform Integration service, which is being utilized for additional CPQ integrations to other SAP solutions.
