Austin, Texas, Sept. 26, 2017 -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced it has hired student housing expert, Lindsay Brown, for the newly created role of Vice President of Leasing. In this new role, Brown will oversee the Leasing Department as well as all leasing activity across the Campus Advantage property portfolio.
Brown brings to Campus Advantage more than 14 years of marketing and leasing experience in the student housing industry. Most recently, Brown served as Director of Marketing at Asset Campus Housing where she was responsible for implementing marketing initiatives for more than 210 properties and more than 112,000 beds across the United States. Her experience includes large-scale implementation of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of properties, developing training in customer service, leasing, and resident retention, and finding solutions to increase traffic to communities.
