Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are in court for the custody of their kids. The latest report states that the “Maleficent” actress may lose in the custody case and it is for one reason.

In a report by Good Morning America, The Blast founder Mike Walters explained that based on court documents, the court could award the custody to Brad Pitt if Angelina Jolie doesn’t make a move to improve the children’s relationship with their father.

Quoting the judge handling the case, he said, “If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with Angelina and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to Brad.”

The documents also state that it is harmful for the kids not to have a relationship with their dad. Thus, if Angelina will stop them from meeting him, she is bound to lose full custody.

The new court decision had a big impact on Brad Pitt’s life and he is reportedly happier these days. The main reason is that he can now be with his children without the need for any scheduled visits or meet-ups.

Since the order was handed down, Brad Pitt has been spending a lot of time with his kids and they mostly meet abroad. In fact, while filming for his new movie with Leonardo DiCaprio, titled, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” his kids are staying with him in London, where the shoot is taking place, Entertainment Tonight reported.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie announced their separation in 2016 and subsequently filed for divorce on Sept. 19, 2016. The news shocked many people as they were seen as a "perfect couple." The pair has six kids together, namely Maddox (16), Pax (14), Zahara (13), Shiloh (12) and the 9-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
