A recent report regarding Brad Pitt claims that the actor has relapsed in his addiction to cannabis, with the celebrity supposedly falling off the wagon several years ago. On top of the fact that this particular claim came from a questionable source, the outlet pushing it has often been proven wrong. Then there’s the fact that verifiable people close to the actor had already called the story ridiculous.
The tabloid magazine responsible for this irresponsible story is the National Enquirer, Gossip Cop reports, with the publication continuing its trend of making stuff up. Citing a supposed inside source, the report went on to rattle one ridiculous claim after another, ironically sounding like it was written by someone high on pot.
“Brad set out to make the ultimate spacey movie with Ad Astra, but got a little too deep into method acting for the movie,” the supposed insider reportedly said and then later adding, “Brad had no problem dipping back into his bag of weed, especially now that it’s legal in California.”
The report also touched on the supposed terrible drinking habit that Brad Pitt had already discussed years ago. It’s worth pointing out that the actor had already quit those habits a long time ago and by all reliable accounts, he has stuck to his resolution reasonably well. This runs contrary to what tabloid magazines keep pushing with their stories of the celebrity relapsing into his former habits.
When actual people close to Brad Pitt were contacted by more reliable publications to confirm the story, it was revealed that the report is utter nonsense. This is not a surprise, especially considering just how far the actor has come to put his past addictions behind him. Tabloid magazines can print all the gossip they want but they will never come close to being true, especially not in this case.
