The manga series of “Boruto: Naruto Next Generation” has arrived at a very crucial point in the current story arc. Jigen has finally started fighting Naruto and Sasuke, but "Boruto" chapter 38 may focus on other characters such as Koji Kashin.
‘Boruto’ chapter 38 predictions: Koji Kashin makes his move
Many theories are surrounding the real identity of Koji. But, for now, fans might want to focus on the facts already presented in the manga. Koji is part of the Kara organization led by Jigen, but the mask-wearing character does not seem to be a hundred percent loyal to him. “Boruto” chapter 38 will probably provide more insight into this.
It can be recalled that Koji has been lurking around Konohagakure for some time now since Jigen sent him to retrieve Kawaki. Unlike Delta, Koji knew better not to attack so his cover is still intact. However, he appeared extremely shocked and maybe felt a little betrayed when Jigen suddenly teleported into Naruto’s house to fetch Kawaki. These events might dictate what he does next in “Boruto” chapter 38.
There are still many unanswered theories about Koji, but it was quite visible that he has taken an interest in Boruto. This is why many fans believe his next moves in “Boruto” chapter 38 would involve kidnapping the Hokage’s son. With Naruto and Sasuke away from Konohagakure, that could be an easy task for Koji.
However, there is also a chance for Koji just to retrieve Kawaki as originally planned. Either way, a fight could still ensue in Konohagakure in “Boruto” chapter 38 allowing other ninjas such as Sakura and Ino to be seen in action.

Fans can expect the fight between Naruto and Sasuke versus Jigen to get more intense. The latter is done holding back his powers, and it could lead to serious injuries for the protagonists. Jigen has some incredible abilities such as shrinking people and objects around him as well as being able to absorb pure chakra. Naruto and Sasuke are obviously some of the most powerful characters in the series, but they have to outsmart Jigen if they want to survive this quickly. “Boruto” chapter 38 will be released on Sept. 20.
