“Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78 will highlight another journey linked to the search-and-rescue mission for Mitsuki. This time, Boruto and his friends will have to move fast as Mitsuki is escorted to the Land of Earth.
Mitsuki is most likely going to appear again in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78. Unfortunately, his reunion with Boruto and Sarada is still unlikely to happen.
The preview for “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78 hints that Mitsuki and the Hidden Stone Village ninjas escorting him are on the move. On the other hand, Boruto and the other genin from Hidden Leaf are just starting to learn that the enemies and Mitsuki are heading to the Land of Earth.
The video teaser indicates that the protagonists will not be able to reach Mitsuki before he enters the territory of the Land of Earth. Even the synopsis for “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78 indicates that the ninjas from the Hidden Stone Village will be able to bring Mitsuki to Land of Earth without interference.
Meanwhile, in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78, there is still confusion among the ninjas of Hidden Leaf Village on whether or not Mitsuki betrayed them. When the White Snake Sage interpreted Mitsuki’s hidden message, it was revealed that he intended to stop the heart of Uo and the other guards. But this was only to convince the Hidden Stone ninjas that they are dead and they should leave without unleashing more attacks.
Some of the protagonists argue that it is suspicious of Mitsuki chose to go with the enemies. But the “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78 preview shows the titular character will decide to break their group in half.
One of the teams will continue to go after Mitsuki in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78. The other half will go back to their village to share the information they learned from Ryuchi Cave. Boruto remains hopeful that Mitsuki is innocent and was taken by force.
Having a certain group of enemies and a mission to recover one of their own, the ninjas of Hidden Leaf are surely up for an upcoming major battle. But there is a small chance that it will commence in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 78, which is slated to air on Oct. 21.
