“Boruto” Episode 77 will see Boruto and his friends experience desperation as they clash against the powerful snake, Garaga. With formidable detection capabilities and its power to turn the young ninjas into stone, it’s safe to say that the giant serpent can annihilate Boruto’s group. However, there is a small hope that appears when Garaga’s weakness becomes exposed.
As The Anime Scrolls notes, Garaga is capable of sensing enemies without ever seeing them with its own eyes. This makes hiding from the giant snake and launching an ambush quite a bit more difficult compared to those who have weaker detection skills. This then removes one of the options that Boruto and his friends might have had in “Boruto” Episode 77.
There is also the small matter of Garaga being able to turn people into stone. This makes the creature a full-blown basilisk, which is one of the nastiest mythical creatures to have ever been imagined. Suffice it to say, “Boruto” Episode 77 is going to involve a desperate fight. It’s worth pointing out that the whole reason why Boruto and Co. are even on this quest is to get Garaga’s Reverse Scale.
They basically need the scale so that they can save Mistuki. Though, as OtakuKart notes, the Orochimaru clone’s thoughts are still a mystery even now. There are too many details that are still missing, but they seem to be connected to a conspiracy involving hidden influences in Konoha. It’s unlikely that “Boruto” Episode 77 will shine a light on this issue, but one can always hope.
Coming back to the Garaga vs Boruto fight, though, it would seem that the young genin’s determination shines through in “Boruto” Episode 77. This will help him find the snake’s weakness and finally allow him to reach his objective. Fans will have to stay tuned on Oct. 14 to find out if this is the case.
