Some renowned instances have been: Gemini with NFT (Nifty Gateway), Ripple with MoneyGram, Binance with JEX, eToro with Delta, eToro with Firmo for smart contract businesses, iStox with Tokai, Binance with WazirX

For now, we have probably the final M&A deal of the year before we begin with the New Year (2020), Yes, DLive has been the latest choice of Tron’s acquisition, the founder Justin Sun announced.

“DLive is one of the best real-world examples of what is possible when you combine blockchain and digital media,” said Justin Sun, the CEO of BitTorrent. “DLive is a great solution for live media producers. Think of how valuable live streaming content is already to centralized social media platforms who take ownership and advantage of their users’ hard work. We look forward to DLive bringing value to the entire world with the addition of TRON and BitTorrent’s global community of passionate creators.”

DLive is going to be part of Tron and its subsidiary, ‘BitTorrent’. Thereby, with the objective of the blockchain-driven live streaming and peer-to-peer content sharing possibilities will now associate with Poloniex and BitTorrent.

DLive likely to migrate to the Tron blockchain and merge with BLive which was introduced by BitTorrent earlier this year (Tron’s trivial equivalent for streaming), DLive is presently built on the Lino blockchain testnet. The Lino Network, has also announced a strategic partnership with BitTorrent.
