“Black Clover” Episode 62 will see yet another major fighting even though Mars and Asta successfully freed Fana from her bonds. The protagonists’ celebration will be short-lived as Ladros will come out of nowhere and fire devastating blasts at Asta and the rest of the group.
The Shining General notices that Mars is protecting Fana and started firing at the two. Asta, however, interferes and deflects the magic out of the way. After a brief struggle, the anti-magic wielder manages to land a devastating blow on Ladros, piercing the psychotic villain on his stomach with his black sword. “Black Clover” Episode 62 will have Ladros begging for his life while mentally thinking of ways on how to escape his predicament.
Then, an idea quickly crossed the general’s mind. Before Asta could land the final blow on Ladros that would deplete the entirety of his mana, the general lunges not at the orphan but went for Fana instead. Captive once again, Fana struggles in Ladros’ grip while the general commanded her to summon her Fire Magic in “Black Clover” Episode 62.
When she refused, Ladros attacked Mars which eventually prompted the fiery Salamander to appear once more. “Black Clover” Episode 62 will see Ladros absorbing the powerful elemental spirit and causes him to swell with magic. Renewed, Ladros went after Asta and bombarded him with devastating blasts.
Asta proved he could handle the series of attacks but eventually succumbed to the onslaught. The orphan then falls unconscious and the demon residing within him appeared inside his mind as a black mass. It instructed Asta to surrender his consciousness so that Ladros will be taken care of once and for all. Naturally, Asta refused the demon’s offer and said he can dispose the general all on his own. When Asta regained consciousness in “Black Clover” Episode 62, everyone noticed that he’s now covered in writhing black aura that formed horns and wings around the character.
Ladros immediately realized the dangers he’s in but it was too late as Asta’s speed proved too fast for the general. A single blow from the anti-magic sword reduced Ladros to a sorry state but didn’t kill him outright. Having said all of this, it’s still unclear whether all that’s been described above will be portrayed on “Black Clover” Episode 62 when it airs on Dec. 11.
