Ben Affleck and Shauna Sexton broke up barely two weeks ago and it was said that the two decided to call it quits because the former wants to focus on his family and sobriety first. The “Batman” actor reportedly wants to be healthier and spend more time with his kids before getting into a relationship again.
However, Radar Online has a different story on Ben Affleck and Shauna Sexton’s breakup. The magazine reported that the couple split because Matt Damon convinced his friend to dump the 22-year-old Playboy model.
Based on the report, Jennifer Garner’s ex came to his senses when one of his best pals, Matt Damon, talked with him regarding his relationship with the young model. It was added that it was not just the “Bourne Identity” actor who advised Ben about leaving Shauna, and they questioned his insensitivity around his ex-wife and mother of his three children.
“Ben’s friends were blown away that he would have the nerve to take a 22-year-old Playmate, who’s just a fling, to his newly ex-wife’s house where his kids sleep!” an insider allegedly told the magazine. “They thought it was really gross, and let him have it.”
The so-called source went on to say, “It finally registered with Ben that what he did was wrong.”
Ben Affleck’s friends are said to have given him this advice because they are also concerned about his health. They want him to get healthier without his young girlfriend, who they think is not a good influence.
In any case, Gossip Cop can prove that this is a false narrative. The fact-checking publication pointed out that Radar is claiming now that Matt Damon was the cause of Ben Affleck and Shauna Sexton’s split when just a few hours earlier, it published an article that stated Jennifer Garner was the reason.
Finally, Gossip Cop was able to speak with someone on behalf of Ben Affleck’s representative and he said that the rumor that Matt Damon convinced Ben to ditch Shauna Sexton is nothing but a “crazy” report.
