“Bachelor in Paradise” Season 6 has now entered the speculative space as the previous installment recently just wrapped up. There wasn’t any real heavy drama in Season 5 as nobody quite wore the villain mantle ostentatiously.
As of now, ABC hasn’t officially announced a renewal for the show but it’s safe to say at the moment that the network will greenlight a “Bachelor In Paradise” Season 6. The show is relatively cheap to produce compared to other shows of ABC and showrunners can simply recast talents that are already familiar to the audience. What’s more, even if they did have a new face added, the show can eventually develop the individual and chuck them into a group the viewers are already invested in, Carter Matt reported.
The reality TV show also brings in a lot of viewers for ABC, although it isn’t necessarily on the level of the network’s other series. What’s more, it didn’t perform just as well compared to season 4. This year pulled in a 1.08 rating and 4.06 million viewers, a decrease of 10 percent and 2 percent, respectively, as opposed to its figures last year. Still, ABC will likely order a “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 6 as there are still fans who religiously follow the franchise.
Will there be another Grocery Store Joe and Kendall romance in “Bachelor In Paradise” Season 6? That’s always a possibility. The couple has been hailed as the Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan of this season. While the two started off on a shaky foundation, they eventually started dating and are reportedly exploring what to do moving forward after the finale.
In the meantime, Grocer Store Joe has been included in the new season of “Dancing with the Stars,” which is a nice addition to the already interesting cast. Returning to “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 6, the next installment of the franchise is expected to air in August 2019, judging by how ABC handled its release in the past. However, fans should wait for ABC to officially announce the date.
