Nike has released the Dunk Low “Motion” for kids, featuring bold Bauhaus-inspired designs. At the same time, Jordan Brand teases sneaker enthusiasts with official images of the upcoming Air Jordan 4 RM “Cool Grey.” Both releases promise exciting additions to any collection.
Nike's Dunk Low GS ‘Motion’ for Kids Debuts with Bold, Bauhaus-Inspired Design and Vibrant Colors
The "Motion" Nike Dunk Low is currently available for $95 on Nike.com. Toddler and Little Kids sizes are available for $85 and $65, respectively.
Kid's sneakers often feature bold, unconventional designs that set them apart from their adult counterparts, and Nike's latest Dunk Low GS is a prime example of this trend. Following in the footsteps of a recently-previewed Air Max 1 GS, Nike's upcoming kid's release is one of the brand's most eccentric offerings in recent memory.
Based on the Sneaker News report, this design is centered around an abstract, Bauhaus-inspired mix of blue and orange hues, dominating the sneaker's lower half. The colors alternate across the panels, most confined to specific sections, while the toe panel and Swoosh logos combine multiple shades on the same leather pieces. A dual-tone outsole and upside-down Nike branding on the tongue and heel further emphasize the bold theme. In contrast, the upper half of the base features white and “Light Silver” leather, providing a subtle balance to the overall design.
The Nike Dunk Low GS in “White/Light Silver/Midnight Navy” is scheduled for release in Fall 2024, priced at $100.
Jordan Brand Teases Air Jordan 4 RM ‘Cool Grey’ with New Colorway Ahead of Holiday Season Debut
Jordan Brand is building anticipation for the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 4 “Fear” by extending its grey and black colorway to other models in its lineup. Among these is the highly-anticipated Air Jordan 4 RM, set to debut this Holiday season, sparking excitement among sneaker enthusiasts.
While the upper of the Air Jordan 4 RM mirrors the “Fear” model's black and grey color-blocking, the similarities end there. This RM variation introduces a Coconut Milk shade on the outsole, complemented by University Blue accents on the traction, the Nike Air logo on the heel, the Jumpman Flight logo on the tongue, and heel branding. Notably, this version will not feature the white speckle pattern seen on the midsole of the “Fear” Jordan 4.
The Air Jordan 4 RM has yet to hit the market, but its release is imminent. The remixed version of the 1989 classic will debut through a collaboration with Nigel Sylvester on July 20th, providing you with the latest release information. Following this release, several additional colorways are confirmed to drop throughout Fall and Holiday 2024.
