With Lord Reiss defeated at the edge of the walls, and Historia now willing to reclaim the throne that was rightfully hers, “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 looks to be slowing down in preparation for the show's next arc.
The past episodes have shown fans that the world of “Attack on Titan” has so many secrets to uncover about the main characters. Eren has learned from Lord Reiss and Historia that his father was significantly related to the battle for the Founding Titan's power. But it looks like Eren has more to learn about Grisha and his past.
According to the preview trailer for “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11, Eren will encounter a man who knows more about Grisha's past. Hopefully, this will illuminate the actions that Grisha had taken that ultimately led to Lord Reiss's obsession with the Founding Titan power.
Fans of the manga may expect the former 12th Commander of the Survey Corps, Keith Shadis to be the mysterious man that reveals Grisha's history to Eren in “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11. Shadis may also talk about Eren's half-brother Zeke, and what the true circumstances were that led Grisha to mee Eren's mother, Carla Yeager.
Shadis may also reveal that he has always known about Eren's ability to transform into a Titan, and the then-commander of the Survey Corps was involved in ensuring Eren's safety as he grew up. With a whole new box of secrets to be revealed in “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11, fans can hopefully have more questions answered as to why Grisha allowed himself to be consumed by Eren to inherit the Founding Titan power.
Fans looking forward to discovering more about Eren and Grisha's past can look forward to “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 airing on Oct. 1. Fans can also stream the upcoming episode on Crunchyroll.
