It should not surprise fans if the upcoming “Attack on Titan” chapter 117 will turn out to be a wild Titans block party. Many are now expecting that, aside from Eren, Armin would also activate his Titan form.
Armin currently possesses the Colossus Titan. Just based on its name, it is not hard to guess that one of its distinct characteristics is having a much larger frame and size than other Titans. Previous chapters said the Colossus Titan could grow as tall as 60 meters. What are the chances that Armin would activate this on “Attack on Titan” chapter 117?
The appearance of Colossus Titan in “Attack on Titan” chapter 117 might have actually been hinted at chapter 116. Armin, Mikasa, and the other Survey Corps members are currently imprisoned. While they were having coffee, Jean inquires why Armin and Eren just had a fight. He attempted to explains that it was because Eren “verbally hurt” Mikasa, who seemed uncomfortable to discuss it.
Meanwhile, Connie also asked Armin whether he can bust them out of their prison cell by activating the Colossus Titan. Armin agrees that he could destroy the entire place but refused to do so as he worries about completely wrecking the entire town. Armin also mentioned that the Colossus Titan cannot be “nimble” with its actions but then adds Eren might be able to do it better. But given that a massive army of Marleyans just infiltrated the place, Armin might reconsider and bust out the Colossus Titan in “Attack on Titan” chapter 117.
Eren is already at the center of the fight after being tricked by Pieck. Fans are rooting for him to activate the War Hammer Titan in “Attack on Titan” chapter 117. This form is known for creating weapons that would match its size and using it against its enemies. Fans are also hoping that Eren uses this to shoot down the blimp-looking aircraft carrying several high-ranking Marleyan soldiers. “Attack on Titan” chapter 117 is reportedly going to be released on May 9.
