“Attack on Titan” Season 3 Episode 4 is gearing up to set the stage for another fight between the Survey Corps and the corrupt Military Police (MP). As of now, Levi and his squad are preparing to infiltrate the corrupted military sector with the help of two members of the MP, Otaku Art reported.

At first, Levi planned to sneak into the MP’s headquarters by taking on the uniforms and identities of Marlowe and Hitch, two members of the military police. However, after they passed Jean’s loyalty test, the Survey Scout announced that the two can be trusted and with their help, the scouts managed to find the MP’s headquarters immediately. But it seems that the major battle will not occur on “Attack on Titan” Season 3 Episode 4 since the showrunners are still building tension for this arc, which will be more satisfying once it’s resolved.

One of the complaints that fans of the show have about season 2 is that the pacing has been poorly handled. The showrunners seem to be listening to this criticism as they’re making sure there is enough tension before anything big takes place. That’s why “Attack On Titan” Season 3 Episode 4 will pick up where it left off rather than jumping to the fighting straight away.

In the previous piece, the show revealed a lot about Historia and her importance to the royal bloodline. Now, “Attack On Titan” Season 3 Episode 4 will have Levi and Mikasa try to infiltrate the MP, which will surely go wrong at some point during the mission.

In the meantime, Erwin is stuck between a rock and a hard place as he’s currently being beaten and tortured. What’s more, he’s also getting the blame for the murder of Reeves and the show revealed they’re planning a public execution as his sentence. “Attack On Titan” Season 3 Episode 4 is titled “Trust” and already aired yesterday, Aug. 13, at 12:30 a.m. Japan Standard Time.
