Upon graduating from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in 2010, Ashley became heavily involved with the entrepreneurial organization- Women In Bio. Her initial interest in the group came from the entrepreneurship and leadership possibilities. She spent three years running a local Young Women in Bio chapter, prior to being asked to join their national leadership team as the head of their STEM education program- Young Women in Bio. Now she oversees 12 chapters across the United States who in 2015 successfully ran 48 educational events.
Ashley's passion for helping scientists find their career paths is shown through her job as an executive recruiter at Search Solution Group. She has been successfully placing those seeking scientific careers for over five years. Her success in the headhunting industry is only paralleled by her desire to truly better the lives of everyone she works with, from each and every client with whom she's built a relationship to the qualified candidates that she places each day.
