HOUSTON, Oct. 23, 2017 -- Archrock, Inc., (NYSE:AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on November 15, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2017.
The dividend to be paid in November 2017 is unchanged from the second quarter 2017 dividend.
