After Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt separated, the rumor mill has been constantly churning out dating stories involving the two, often pairing them with celebrities that would produce interesting – albeit false – narratives. Among those that have been linked with the “Troy” actor is Charlize Theron.
Now, the actress has shot down these claims after sitting down with Australian magazine Sunday Life (via Daily Mail). Charlize Theron said that she isn’t dating anyone at the moment as she’s focusing on her career and raising her two kids: three-year-old August and seven-year-old Jackson. Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now legally single after their request for a bifurcated judgment was greenlighted by the court.
The “Maleficent” have now restored her name from Jolie-Pitt to Jolie. So what’s next for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt? On the personal side of things, their divorce case will proceed in the coming months as they try to make their separation legal.
Hopefully, the proceedings go swimmingly for the ex-couple as their past meetup proved they’re still at odds with each other. For instance, it was reported that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt got into a heated argument after they met back in January. It’s still unclear what caused the fire.
Regarding their careers, the actress will be busy promoting her upcoming film “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” set for release this coming October. The sequel will be focusing on the relationship between Maleficent (Angelina Jolie) and the soon-to-be-queen as they try to protect magical creatures from malevolent forces. Brad Pitt will also be busy bringing hype to his new movie called “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” The film is written and directed by Quentin Tarantino starring other big names such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, Al Pacino, and Dakota Fanning. The story revolves around Rick Dalton (DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt) as they navigate themselves through the changing landscape of Hollywood in the year 1969.
