Action Bronson is a modern-day Renaissance man, constantly exploring new interests and specialties. Known for his culinary skills and musical talent, the Queens native gained attention during the COVID-19 lockdown for his dedication to fitness, shedding significant weight. His latest collaboration with New Balance naturally centers around activity, following a series of social media teasers. Bronson, also known as Bam Bam Baklava, has officially announced his next project with the brand.
Bronson’s collaboration introduces the New Balance Minimus Trail, a unique low-profile running shoe designed for agility on natural terrains. According to Sneaker News, this collaboration, officially named “Pluto,” Is a testament to Bronson's innovative approach. Additionally, Bronson presents his interpretation of the New Balance FuelCell Rebel v4, a popular running shoe priced at $160. Named “Foxtrot,” this version showcases light burgundy hues on the upper and a faded blue midsole, reflecting the color schemes that have become a hallmark of his New Balance projects. Bronson's close collaboration with the New Balance team, including Aaron Kreielshemer, has brought these distinctive designs to life.

New Balance 9060 Debuts in ‘New Spruce’ and ‘Salt Marsh’ Colorway, Available August 15th in Unisex Sizing
The New Balance 9060 has become ubiquitous on store shelves and city streets, with its hybrid design in high demand. The latest release, set to drop on August 15th, features a fresh “New Spruce” and “Salt Marsh” colorway in unisex sizing.
The 9060’s distinctive wavy linework allows for creative color blocking, with cream underlays forming “Salt Marsh” mesh pockets on the base. Lighter shades dominate the upper, where suede overlays are painted in “New Spruce.” A gray stripe on the quarter panel ties the design back to New Balance’s signature neutrals, while dark gray on the sway bar and a black outsole complete the look. Though perfect for summer, this pair seems suited for the approaching cooler weather.
The New Balance 9060 “New Spruce & Salt Marsh” will be released at Foot Locker for $150 alongside the “Strawberries & Cream” edition. A more comprehensive New Balance launch is expected shortly after.
