Some of the characters of "Hawaii Five-0" are going to be squaring off with a different sort of adversary. This time, they are facing off Mother Nature.
In this episode, there is a heat wave coming to the island. Aside from this threat, crime and chaos will come along the way.
Here's synopsis of "Hawaii Five-O" latest episode,
“Mimiki ke kai, ahuwale ka papa leho” – Crime spikes when a heat wave hits Oahu, causing McGarrett and Danny to hunt down a bank thief, and Tani and Junior’s car is stolen while they’re on duty. Also, Grover plays the golf game of a lifetime, and Kamekona incites a riot by price-gouging on his [shaved] ice, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Oct. 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network."
"Mimiki ke kai, ahuwale ka papa leho” is Hawaiian term means, “When the Sea Draws Out the Tidal Wave, the Rocks Where the Cowries Hide Are Exposed”

Rochelle Aytes, who is known for her role as April Malloy in ABC’s “Mistresses,” has joined the cast for “Hawaii Five-0” Season 9. Her character is a CIA operative named Greer.
Aytes in “Hawaii Five-0” season 9 is a “sharp, smart, and calculating.” Part of her past is she was romantically involved with Lieutenant Commander Steven J. McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin). Her character is dangerous and cannot be trusted.
