(Nasdaq:BL), a leading cloud-based provider of financial controls and automation solutions that enable Continuous Accounting, today announced the pricing of a follow-on public offering by certain selling stockholders of 3,478,261 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $33.00 per share. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 521,739 shares of common stock. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on May 31, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. BlackLine will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James, William Blair and JMP Securities are acting as co-managers.
