Fans of the show may be disappointed to learn that the scheduled broadcast for “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 has been pushed back from today, Oct. 1, to next week. But fans should know that the show's next episode has been delayed for a particularly good reason.
The show's fans in Japan have bigger things to worry about than the delay of “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11. Typhoon Trami recently made landfall and comes in just less than a month after Japan's strongest storm. The show's Twitter account posted a notification about “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11's delay in the wake of Typhoon Trami hitting Japan.
Announcement: this week's episode will be postponed until next week. We apologize and hope everyone is safe.

For fans looking forward to the upcoming episode, the “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 preview trailer hints at a man who can reveal to Eren more secrets about his father, Grisha. Fans of the manga may expect the former commander of the Survey Corps, Keith Shadis, to share his history with the young hero. Shadis may eventually reveal the real fate of Eren's mother, Carla Yeager, to Eren, which fans know may be tied to his Titan nature.
Fans can expect Shadis to reveal his knowledge of Eren's Titan transformation ability and how he was involved in ensuring the young man's safety as he grew up. Hopefully, Shadis's revelations in “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 can clarify Grisha's intentions and why he passed on the Founding Titan power to Eren – the very power which put him in Lord Reiss's crosshairs as the former King's obsession to retrieve the power grew.
Fans looking forward to discovering more about Eren's father and his past can look forward to “Attack on Titan” season 3 episode 11 when the show returns on air on Oct. 8. Fans can also stream the upcoming episode on Crunchyroll.
