Xiaomi’s new mobile device has been launched throughout Asian markets.
The New Redmi Note 2 phablet, CNET said, is a 5.5 inch smartphone packed with strong specifications: 1920x1080-pixel full-HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a front 5-megapixel camera, 64-bit Helio X10 octa-core processor, microSD card slots, 4G LTE connectivity, and a 3,060mAh battery.
The gadget will also comes in a white rear metal case with holes for the primary camera, the LED flash, and purportedly a fingerprint scanner, according to the leaked images NDTV reviewed. Moreover, it has been reported that another variant of the phablet may not come with the fingerprint scanner, Christian Post said.
The mobile device, which will be available on November 11 in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, is priced around USD150. The Redmi Note 2 has been released earlier in China around August, CNET added.
