Hodder, MBA, ESQ. as key advisor for the Company’s Blockchain and Crypto Mining Technologies Group division.
As an experienced attorney, Ms. Hodder leads her firm’s fintech practice and specializes in the law of virtual currency. She began her work in the virtual currency arena in 2014, and helps her clients navigate the burgeoning cryptocurrency regulations surrounding compliance with money transmission services, the bank secrecy act and securities laws.
Sasha Hodder has worked on projects such as Initial Coin Offerings, structuring utility tokens, drafting SAFT Agreements, drafting Bitcoin ATM Compliance Programs, applying for Money Transmission Licenses, raising money through registered crowdfunding portals, as well as any type of business formation contracts.
Prior to her work as a crypto attorney, Sasha spent a decade working as a Trader, Financial Advisor, and Vice President of Sales for a number of major banks and mutual fund companies.
