SAN FRANCISCO, April 12, 2016 -- Transwestern today announces Jeffrey Moeller, Peter Conte and Zac Monsees have joined Transwestern as the latest hires in a series of significant moves by the firm’s Northern California team to attract top-tier professionals to expand Transwestern’s presence in the region.
Led by Senior Vice President Moeller, the team represents real estate occupiers and provides leasing services for over half a million square feet in the San Francisco Central Business District on behalf of institutional investors, family trusts and owner-occupiers. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, the team brings more than 30 years of combined real estate experience in lease negotiation with an emphasis on portfolio analysis and long-term strategic planning for occupancy requirements.
“Jeffrey, Peter and Zac each bring a unique skill set and are well-known for delivering optimized service for highly respected owners and tenants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area,” said Bagguley. “Their proven track record and industry and market knowledge are tremendous assets to our entire office and invaluable to Transwestern as we expand our service capabilities and presence in this critical market.”
Conte joins the team as vice president and Monsees as senior associate. The team’s client roster includes Adyen, WeWork, Wells Fargo, RadiumOne, Minerva University and Eatsa.
“I was drawn to Transwestern’s entrepreneurial culture, growing platform and high-energy atmosphere,” said Moeller. “I respect the team that Robert has built in San Francisco and look forward to working alongside such talented professionals as Transwestern continues to grow in the Bay Area.”
