“The Walking Dead” season 9 is now on its third episode and it will be more intense compared to episode 2, titled “The Bridge.” In the ending of this telecast, Rick Grimes evicted Justin from the camp and soon after, he was seen walking near the woods. He then heard sounds coming from within, and when he went to check what it was, he was abruptly dragged into the forest.
What happens next is going to be shown in “The Walking Dead” season 9 episode 3, titled “Warning Signs.” The preview for this episode was already released and it teases the viewers with the big reveal that Justin died after being snatched into the woods. It also appears that he was not killed by the walkers but something else – who or what it is is still a mystery.
As per AMC, the official synopsis for “The Walking Dead” season 9 episode 3 reads: "Rick’s vision for the future is threatened by a mysterious disappearance that divides the work camp where the communities are building a bridge."
What or who killed Justin is expected to be revealed in the upcoming episode. Then again, judging by its title, perhaps this Savior's death was a warning for Rick Grimes, the Saviors, and the communities? It is also possible that the Whisperers are involved and this could be their way of announcing their arrival? Fans should tune in to “The Walking Dead” season 9 episode 3 to know the answers.
Meanwhile, Variety reported that despite the hype about “The Walking Dead” season 9, the show recorded low viewership ratings. In particular, Sunday’s episode showed a drop in the ratings based on Nielsen Media Research’s results.
