‘The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods’ episode 5 spoilers: Nerobasta awakens from Gowther’s control
“Emotional Maelstrom” is confirmed to be the official title of “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 5, suggesting that this week’s episode is based on the same title chapter in the manga series. In this installment, the story begins with Nerobasta being telepathically contacted by Ludociel. The leader of the Archangels instructs her to call for reinforcements, and Ludociel’s voice was enough to wake Nerobasta.
It can be recalled that her mind has been controlled by Gowther to make her do what he and Melascula wishes. As soon as Nerobasta goes back to her senses in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 5, she will feel a sense of guilt and embarrassment to what Ludociel would think of her after being manipulated by Gowther.
Nerobasta realizes that Melascula and Gowther plan to corrupt the gate to Heaven and link it directly to the Underworld. As soon as Nerobasta realizes this in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 5, she telepathically contacts the warriors of all races.
Nerobasta instructs them to proceed to the Light of Grace and fight Gowther and Melascula. However, this is the point where humans reveal their real intentions. After Nerobasta gives her instructions, the humans will start killing Stigma warriors from other races. Rou will eventually declare that their real purpose is to kill every member of Stigma.
