“The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 episode 16 is up next after the interesting discovery in the previous’ “Dye Harder” episode. The team used a red dye to see if the seawater and the flooding systems in the Smith’s Cove are connected and the test result showed that they could be linked.
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 episode 16 will continue with this story and it has been titled “Detour.” As per TV Guide, the synopsis for this chapter reads: “The treacherous collapse at H8 forces the team to design an exciting new approach to the Money Pit, while Alex and Jack investigate underwater targets that may lead to a second flood tunnel system.”
Based on “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 episode 16’s summary plot, Rick and Marty Lagina, together with their team of experts, designed a new way to continue with their search following the dangerous collapse at the H8. Due to the high risk, the incident almost made them stop the exploration of the Money Pit for good, but since they managed to come up with a new plan, the team shifted their focus back to the search.
Moreover, “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6 episode is expected to reveal or clarify if the Lagina brothers and their team have finally found the elusive Money Pit. If they did, it will be a risky search due to the sinkholes around the area where the MP is believed to be located.
