This is why, if anyone stands a chance of saving the children that Shizu cared for, it will be the show’s lovable slime. This is likely going to be the subject of “That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime” Episode 21 when it airs.
As TheAnimeScrolls recently reported, Rimuru is haunted by Shizu’s memory, who was supposed to be the slime’s destined person. After devouring the hero, the show’s protagonist also decided to shoulder the regret that she harbored in her heart.
