Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo may have been married for just a little over a year but there are divorce rumors already. The couple has no child yet and the “Encounter” actress is not even pregnant up to now so the reports of their separation may sound convincing to others.
In any case, Koreaboo reported the Chinese media claimed that they found proofs that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have called it quits. It was said that it has been a while since the couple went on separate ways but of course, they will not announce it.
To prove their claims, Chinese reporters released a recent photo of Song Hye Kyo while leaving Singapore, it was pointed out that the actress was not wearing her wedding ring anymore. Additionally, the actress allegedly deleted photos of Song Joong Ki on her Instagram and that could only mean that they broke up.
Song Joong Ki was also spotted attending a friend’s wedding in Daejeon. He was there without Song Hye Kyo and this took place just last week. The actor is not wearing his wedding band as well and this just fueled the speculations that they are divorced now.
Now, both Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki’s management companies have spoken up to clear the divorce rumors. UAA Entertainment and Blossom Entertainment stated that these separation reports are groundless. They are just nonsense with no real evidence to back up the claims.
Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki are still together, in fact, the former is taking a break after her drama with Park Bo Gum, the “Encounter,” concluded. It was relayed that she will focus on her married life until the end of this year and then, she could return to work again. As for the Joong Ki, he is set to finish filming "Asadal Chronicles" which will premiere on tvN.
