Selena Gomez and The Weeknd split exactly a year ago and it was said that the latter revealed his ex-GF's secrets after they went on their separate ways. Allegedly, the Canadian singer did this in order to get even with the former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star since she might have done things to him that he hated so much.
It was said Selena Gomez is actually worried when she called it quits with The Weeknd because perhaps, she was already getting that feeling that he might talk about her and their relationship in interviews, and that is bad because he already knows a lot about her.
Radar Online previously reported that Selena Gomez was “scared” because The Weekend might get his revenge on her through interviews. Justin Bieber’s ex knows that The Weeknd is angry at her so this was why she is worried, he will “talk” after their breakup.
“She’s terrified he’ll do a sit-down interview, spilling intimate details about their romance and how badly she screwed him over,” the source allegedly told the magazine. “Abel’s very angry and vengeful right now, his hatred for Justin is off the charts and not a day goes by he doesn’t go on the warpath.”
However, Gossip Cop sets things straight and revealed that Selena Gomez is not scared of The Weeknd’s supposedly tell-all interview because she got nothing to hide. When the publication also reached out to the actress’ rep, they were informed that the two’s split does not involve anything scandalous it was just that, they naturally drifted apart due to time and distance. Thus, The Weeknd does not really have anything against Selena Gomez and he has nothing controversial to divulge about his ex-girlfriend either so the report was clearly a lie.
Meanwhile, The Weeknd has moved on after her breakup with Selena Gomez too and in fact, there are rumors that he and Bella Hadid are already planning to get married. The couple is said to be talking about marriage more seriously after they reunited earlier this year.
