HOUSTON, Sept. 19, 2017 -- Sanchez Energy Corporation (NYSE:SN) (the “Company”), today announced that it closed the previously announced sale of its Javelina assets in the Eagle Ford Shale for approximately $105 million in cash, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
