The Sacramento Kings have integrated Cheq’s mobile ordering and social payment technology at their Golden 1 Center arena will allow customers to place orders throughout and outside of the venue.
With the integration, the Kings join a growing number of US major league teams in introducing mobile payment and checkout-less retail infrastructure into their venues.
The Kings are the first NBA team to install Cheq’s technology at their home arena, joining the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, MLB’s Miami Marlins, and the NCAA’s Washington Huskies.
Cheq hopes its latest partner will showcase its offering to the rest of the NBA and beyond.
