Almost exactly a year ago, actors Robert Pattinson and Mia Goth were rumored to be dating. But did the “High Life” co-stars really gone out as a couple?
Several reports came out on Aug. 22, 2017 filled with paparazzi photos of Goth and Pattinson. The two were seen going out for a walk together in the streets of Germany. The said reports purportedly had a tone suggesting that there was a budding romance between the actors.

Rumor fact-checking outlet Gossip Cop debunked this report last year. This week, it reiterated that it had accurately dismissed previous claims of Pattinson and Goth dating.
It is also important to note that both actors each had loving partners at the time. Robert Pattinson’s was still engaged to F.K.A. Twigs until October of last year. Meanwhile, Mia Goth had been married to Shia LaBeouf for almost a year when photos of them together in Germany were publicized.
There were also other facts to be considered even a year ago that immediately shut down dating rumors between the two. For one, Pattinson and Goth were together in Cologne, Germany last year simply because that was where their upcoming movie “High Life” was filmed.
Even the photos of them together on a stroll did not show an ounce of romance between them. If those photos mean anything, it is just co-stars who had likely become good friends taking the time off from filming.
A year later, the fact remains that Robert Pattinson and Mia Goth’s relationship is that of friends and film co-stars. Goth is still married to her “Transformers” actor husband. Pattinson seems to be on the path of moving on from F.K.A. Twigs after being seen with Suki Waterhouse in a PDA-packed movie date night this month.
“High Life” is referred to as a sci-fi adventure drama film directed by Claire Denis. Pattinson headlines the cast, playing as one of the criminals sent to outer space to find a source of alternative energy. The movie is slated to premiere next month at the 43rd Toronto International Film Festival.
