The photo-editing platform Picsart has unveiled Picsart Ignite, a comprehensive toolkit powered by artificial intelligence (AI) aimed at both individual creators and businesses. The toolkit comes with a plethora of features, such as the capacity to craft videos, images, GIFs, logos, and more, all designed to streamline the creation of advertisements, social media content, and other visual designs.
Picsart Ignite boasts a range of innovative functions, including an "AI Expand" option, which allows for the enhancement of images through AI suggestions, and a 'Video Object Removal' feature, which clears away unwanted elements from videos.
AI Tools to Provide More Seamless Experience
Additionally, users can artistically transform their visuals using the "AI Style Transfer" tool or create realistic digital representations of themselves with the 'AI Avatar' creator. For a touch of fun, the "AI Avatar – For Couples and Pets" option offers the ability to cartoonize oneself with a partner or pet in imaginative ways.
This latest collection of tools builds on Picsart's existing AI offerings, like AI Writer and AI Image Generator, the latter of which produces over two million images daily. Hovhannes Avoyan, the CEO of Picsart, emphasized the company's vision of empowering creators with intuitive and entertaining tools that bring their ideas to life visually. Picsart Ignite is accessible on various platforms including the web, iOS, and Android.
Picsart's initiative is part of a growing trend where digital platforms are integrating AI capabilities to enhance user creativity. For instance, Canva recently introduced AI features for content creation, and Figma integrated AI into its whiteboard application.
Earlier in the year, Picsart made waves with the launch of SketchAI, an app that turns sketches and photos into stylized digital art. SketchAI offers a taste of its capabilities with five complimentary creations, with further access available through various subscription options.
